BOOTCAMP PHASES

1. Reprogram

We start by removing old movement and mind patterns. This is done by introducing new ways to hold your posture and breath. We teach corrective breathing patterns that will help alleviate tension/stress held in your lower back, and shoulders

Now that the mind and body have been reset, this phase will integrate meditation. The intention is to scan the body to help give you feedback to locate neglected regions on the body. 

 

We will incorporate movements to help initiate the process of rehydration for the tissues, often referred to as elasticity. Integrating a reprogrammed body into simple movements creates the neuroplasticity necessary to go into more complex movement patterns

2. Integrate

3. Move

4. Perform

After the first 3 phases you should be ready to take what you learned and perform. We will incorporate an intense breathing technique (Wim Hoff) breathing techniques which increase your immune function and create a slightly alkaline (basic) blood pH which has been proven to improve performance in athletes. The exercises will be programmed to improve strength and power while remaining integral with functional style training and movement
